Remodelling the lower ground floor of a substantial Victorian villa creating a self contained garden flat. A number of small dark rooms were remodelled into modern, open plan, bright and spacious living and sleeping accommodation.

A walled garden plot in a conservation area of the above villa obtained full planning permission for a contemporary, one storey, detached house.
